Carat Automation GmbH entered the automation industry in 2012 with an innovative perspective. Initially, we focused on adding value to machining processes, but over time, we expanded our portfolio to include sealing test systems, laser machines, special-purpose machines, and robotic systems. This expansion enabled us to serve various industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, medical, and electrical industries. Our breakthroughs in robotics have positioned us as a system provider capable of covering the entire process from raw material to finished product. Our collaboration with Tezmaksan has been a significant step forward in automation for us. CubeBOX, as a standardized robotic solution, has not only added value to our business processes but also expanded our product portfolio. I can confidently say that CubeBOX perfectly complements our existing offerings. As a result, the scope and quality of our services have noticeably improved. We can now offer our customers faster, more cost-effective, and practical solutions, making it significantly easier for us to reach small and medium-sized enterprises. Recently, we have been hearing more frequently from our customers that they expect machines on production lines to communicate with each other. This integration enhances efficiency and process optimization. At Carat Automation, we continue to advance in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning. One key example of this is our patented AI system for automatically directing casting parts, which optimizes orientation processes with higher accuracy. Our goal is to make production more flexible and efficient by tailoring it to the individual needs of our customers. The increasing level of automation also enhances our ability to customize solutions and quickly respond to market changes.

We are extremely pleased with this collaboration. This partnership holds great potential for us and helps expand our market presence. Integrating Tezmaksan products into our portfolio and adapting them to our existing systems initially required additional coordination and alignment. However, we successfully managed this process through strong communication and close cooperation. Our partnership with Tezmaksan is built on mutual trust and a long-term perspective. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is highly valuable to us. We wholeheartedly believe that this collaboration will be successful in the long run.

What are your future plans for expanding your partnership with Tezmaksan?

We have clear plans to further strengthen our collaboration. So far, we have achieved great results, and we see a high potential for establishing a more comprehensive partnership in the future. Activities such as participating in trade fairs and organizing open-house events will help us reach potential customers. Additionally, combining the Fanuc Robodrill with Tezmaksan CubeBOX offers an excellent automation solution, providing both flexibility and cost efficiency. By integrating Tezmaksan’s standardized solutions with our customized systems, we will enable production lines to adapt quickly. We also aim to enhance after-sales services to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
