Ayar Makina: Three Machines Are Operated Just By One Person Right Now
The Factory Manager of Ayar Machinery, Yakup Ardal, has announced that they have decided to continue with Tezmaksan, the leading company of the machining industry in Turkey in their 7 projects.
Ayar Machinery, producing metalworking with its new generation machines, customer-oriented, high quality, reliable, on-time delivery understanding, still continues its cooperation with Tezmaksan since its establishment in 1995. Expressing that they started their first cooperation with Universal machine, Yakup Ardal, Factory Manager fo Ayar Machinery, said the followings about this process that they are satisfied:
“We are extremely satisfied with the performances of Tezmaksan products that we bought. We currently recommend it to other manufacturers. We and other manucfacturers are totally satisfied that Tezmaksan is a domestic company and robots meet the high expectations. For this reason, we make a decision to continue our next projects with Tezmaksan. We have about 7 projects that we will do in this area now.”
As Yakup Ardal mentioned there is not enough taken advantege of robotic automaiton, he underlined that robots should be used in every field. “In addition to this, use of the robots should alos be encouraged in low production lines as well. Awarenes of how it makes users’ lives easier should be explained to other companies.” And our last questinons are answered as follows:
We are very happy to invest in robots and receiving positive feedback. The differences we encountered were as follows. Real costs are started to come out. Analyzes like fly energy consumption, energy used and how many squares should be invested for our next investments turned otu as a result. Efficiency increased. Staff perspective has changed. After seeing what has done before by staff can be also done by the robots, staff was able to focus on more specific jobs. It has cretaed awarenes in our technical high school students who come to visit us. Due to the improvement of the working environment, the productivity of our employees has also increased. We had saving in labour force. Three machines are operated just by one person right now.
