With the acquisition of Goodway CNC lathe in 2018 by İsmet Kazcıoğlu Automotive; The relationship of satisfaction and trust between the two brands, for which the first cooperation foundations were laid, was reinforced with robotic automations in 2021.
Expressing his views on Tezmaksan's robot investment, İsmet Kazcıoğlu , General Manager of İsmet Kazcıoğlu Automotive, said that ; “Although keeping up with the ever-developing technology is a difficult skill, it is inevitable. In this direction, it is vital for each company to develop their facilities. These gains, which are effective breakthroughs for İsmet Kazcıoğlu Automotive, who always aims to adapt to technological developments, increase their importance with Tezmaksan projects that provide support to companies like us that attach importance to development. These activities, supported by Tezmaksan and pioneered with its projects and investments, are of great importance for our country first of all.”
Addressing the question "Does the automotive industry benefit from robotic automation at a sufficient level?", İsmet Kazcıoğlu listed her suggestions for more benefit: ‘'As you know, it is of great importance that the production is continuous in the automotive industry, and it is equally important to save money and minimize waste while the production continues. In addition to using time well, saving manpower and directing this saved power in another direction is a part of development for us
Robotic automations therefore enable development in both aspects; While you are developing your facility in terms of technology, you are helping your employees to move forward. It is very valuable for us that our personnel who work with us with years of experience are more experienced with technology. Experience is an important virtue, but more importantly, experience combined with technology is a great power, so it will be for the benefit of the whole industry to benefit from this technology more.”
