Error With Robotic Automation System Rate Decreases, Production Increases
Kazım Yıldırım, General Manager of Yıldırım Rotil, said the following about the production made with the robotic automation system: “Human power was saved and production increased. What are your suggestions to benefit more? I can’t say it’s used enough. Although our industry is open to all innovations in the productions we make, if it can start the production of fast-going products based on robotic systems it will be more preferred. Because many producer companies have staff shortages. My prediction is that we will feel this distress even more. For this reason, the less we can reduce the human power, the more we can use robots, relating to this the production to be made will be to our benefit as well.
Thanks to production with robots, of course, we saved manpower and production increased. Error rate dropped to lower levels. Simultaneously, we have gained advantage in terms of product and production cost.
