Cnr Rulman: We Achıeved 18% Increase In Productıon

CNR Rulman who has been getting service about CNC lathe and machining center, service and education from Tezmaksan for many years, preferred Tezmaksan for the robotic automation system Cubebox as well and achieved 18 percent increase in production. Fatih Özgün, CNR Rulman General Manager with whom we have come together regarding the issue, shared his opinions with us about Cubebox by saying: We have made our first Cubebox investment to update our cooperation with Tezmaksan to our present techonological and productivity conditions. We are at the very beginning of this investment process which we have aimed maximum productivity with minimum employee. Our production has become more standard and productivity increase by person usage has been ensured thus we are expecting this increase to continue with minor adjustments. Our most important reason of preference is to get more standard product outputs by ensuring productivity increase. We have seen 15 to 18 percent production increase so far. We think that this will increase more with the adjustments and settings that have been made.”

When we asked about the robotic automation system Cubebox’s contribution to the company production, Fatih Özgün quoth : “We are already working as single shift and it manages our two CNC lathe. We want to start second shift working by increasing our investments in robots in the future.” And added:

“In our organization structure two CNC lathe is managed by one operator. There is a profit from this in the Cubebox process but the goal is to have six CNC lathe operated by Cubeboxes and to have one intermediate employee to operate these six CNCs for the upload and unload processes. We are always supporting Tezmaksan’s lead and idealogist views and believe that they will come into their own in the industry with the investments they have made. Nowadays technology and digitalization has proceeded rapidly and it became inevitable for companies to keep up. We will keep following Tezmaksan’s investments and keep investing under the guidance of them.”
