Can we get to know İşçimenler?

Our company was established in 1990 with 100% domestic capital, and we have successfully carried this legacy to the present. We increase our production capacity with 34 plastic injection molding machines and 20 machines in our mold shop and mass production line. We follow the latest innovations in the conveyor belt and timing belt industries closely and have made it our mission to offer our customers the most up-to-date and effective solutions. We aim to continuously develop by offering fast and effective solutions to industry needs, and to maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level.

How did you come across Tezmaksan?

Our journey with Tezmaksan began in 2016 with the FIRST V700 Vertical Machining Center. As our business volume grew and we kept pace with technological developments, we continuously expanded our machine park. Most recently, we added the SMEC NS 2100 SY Lathe and CubeBOX FANUC ROBOT M20i-D25 system from Tezmaksan. CubeBOX, in particular, has made a significant difference in the speed and flexibility it brought to our production process. With robotic systems, we are managing a more efficient and higher-quality production process by minimizing human intervention. Being able to process different product groups with a single system has also given us a significant advantage. Our current goal is to continue growing by expanding our machine park and further automating our processes.

How did you realize the need for robotic automation?

As our business grew, we began looking for ways to increase efficiency in production. One of the biggest challenges of rapid industrialization was finding qualified personnel. This pushed us to search for different solutions. By analyzing our production processes, we determined that robotic automation was the right choice. Tezmaksan’s CubeBOX system caught our attention. At first, we were curious about the effects of the transition, but today we clearly see how correct this step was.

Let’s talk a bit about CubeBOX… How did it affect your production process?

With CubeBOX, we really reached a different point in production. Previously, we were limited to one shift and 10 hours of production in our department, but now we can operate 24/7 uninterrupted production. Just imagine, we’ve increased our capacity by 2.4 times on just one machine. This has shortened our delivery times and allowed us to respond to our customers more quickly. We used to operate three shifts, now we are doing the work 24/7 with one robot and a machine. Among our future plans, we aim to implement a setup where one robot will serve two machines soon. We are even targeting to run three machines with one robot in the future. With this system, we not only increased our production time but also our production volume significantly. We reduced our error rates by 60% and our efficiency has increased significantly. Of course, it’s not just production; we’ve also seen significant contributions in terms of technological development and staff improvement. We have had the opportunity to direct our staff to more strategic tasks. In short, these systems have become for us not just a cost item but a full-fledged investment.

In the industrial world, everything is changing at an incredible speed, both globally and in Turkey. Unfortunately, companies that do not closely follow technology fall behind. I can clearly say that: companies with a broad vision advance ahead of their competitors as they invest in technology.
