Shoulder to Shoulder for Automation: Power Partnership between Tezmaksan Robot and EMAG!

Tezmaksan Robot Technologies and EMAG, one of the top 10 CNC manufacturers in the world, have partnered to achieve maximum efficiency in production. Their first joint project involves adding 10 new lines to the KamLitKZ factory in Kazakhstan, which produces brake systems for commercial vehicles in the automotive sector. This collaboration will enhance capacity and efficiency, leading to line optimization.

Tezmaksan General Manager Hakan Aydoğdu, speaking about their partnership with EMAG, a pioneer in CNC machine tool innovations, stated, "The presence of Robotic Automation Systems in production is now more critical than ever for achieving sustainability and efficiency. As Tezmaksan Robot Technologies, which aims to spread the 'advanced technology culture' worldwide, we have embarked on an important journey with EMAG. Our first joint project will be to add 10 new lines to the KamLitKZ factory in Kazakhstan, which produces brake systems for commercial vehicles in the automotive sector, enhancing capacity and efficiency through line optimization."

In the collective project carried out by Tezmaksan Robot Technologies and EMAG, the automation of the production cells includes ten industrial robots, nine with a carrying capacity of 150 kg and one with a carrying capacity of 280 kg. The feeding process will involve robots picking workpieces from baskets, attaching them to relevant fixtures, processing them in the machine, and then placing the finished parts into the finished part basket from the cleaning station. For quality control processes at specific intervals, pieces will be placed into the SPC station via the interface. As a final step, the products will be barcode-marked by the robot and placed in the finished product stock area.

Two New Joint Projects from Tezmaksan Robot and EMAG

Tezmaksan General Manager Hakan Aydoğdu shared the following information about future projects: "For the sustainability of our company's success both domestically and internationally, we need new initiatives. For this reason, preliminary work has been initiated to continue the collaboration in two additional projects besides our current one. The first is the EMAG Mexico project, and the second is the EMAG CubeBOX project. Both EMAG and our Tezmaksan Robot company are highly eager to bring these two projects to life as soon as possible."
