Tezmaksan Aims To Become A Leading Brand Exporting “Unmanned Technology”
Highlighting that they are one of the most important players in the sector with 30 global domestic and foreign brand representations and pointing to the investments they will make in 2026, Tezmaksan Group CEO Hakan Aydoğdu said: “Our goal is to integrate the machines we develop with automation systems and to become one of the leading brands exporting ‘unmanned technology’ to the world market.”
For over 40 years, Tezmaksan has been serving the industry with solutions in CNC machines and machining. Their shift towards robotic technologies was shaped by the need for efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability in CNC production. Initially, Tezmaksan Group CEO Hakan Aydoğdu emphasized the need for smart automation solutions for manufacturers to remain competitive, stating: “In line with this vision, we introduced our CubeBOX robotic automation system, developed in our R&D, to manufacturers. This has paved the way for integration into CNC units and marked a significant milestone. Today, CubeBOX is used not only in Turkey but also in 44 countries across four continents. With Industry 5.0, a revolution is ahead of us, and one of our most important goals is to help manufacturers redirect their workforce into more value-added areas.”
Aydoğdu also emphasized that they have redefined efficiency in production lines with domestically developed CubeBOX automation systems: “CubeBOX enables our machines to operate without operators and with minimal human intervention, delivering uninterrupted performance for long hours with high precision. Since the future lies in smart production, we are investing with this perspective in mind. Within this scope, in 2026 we will continue to export CubeBOX to America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Currently, 40–45% of our total production comes from exports.”
“We plan to start producing a 9-axis machine”
“2026 will be a critical turning point for us in terms of growth and investment,” said Aydoğdu, continuing: “Our primary goal is to lay the foundation of our second factory within the year. With this facility, we plan to start producing a 9-axis machine that has not been manufactured in Turkey before. In line with this goal, we are accelerating our R&D activities. At the same time, in 2026 we aim to commission our second 18,000 m² production building and make CNC machinery investments there. Positioning these investments in a complementary way will allow us to integrate the machines we develop with automation systems and to become one of the leading brands exporting ‘unmanned technology’ to the global market.”
“Support mechanisms need to be strengthened”
“Widespread adoption of robotics and automation technologies in industry is beneficial for both companies and the national economy,” Aydoğdu said, adding: “At this point, strengthening government support will further open the way for businesses. I especially believe that appropriate financial mechanisms should be developed to encourage SMEs to invest in robotic automation systems.”
“We plan to produce 300 CubeBOX units annually”
Stating that their operations continue in Istanbul Bayrampaşa, Istanbul Kıraç, Istanbul Free Trade Zone, and the Hacı Mustafa Aydoğdu Production Center in Sivas, Aydoğdu said: “As of 2026, our new investments will enable our Sivas factory to operate more intensively, supported by its production system, strategic location advantages, valuable human resources, and Industry 4.0 compliance. In addition, our in-house R&D center will enable a technological transformation at the Euro 4.0 level with Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) applications. We aim to increase efficiency in businesses by using AR and VR in training, production, maintenance, and after-sales services. In 2026, we plan to further strengthen our position in the sector by producing 300 CubeBOX units annually. At the same time, we will continue to allocate 40% of our production to exports, maintaining CubeBOX as a global product.”
