Tezmaksan To Relocate Its Production Base To Sivas In 2026

Develop in Istanbul, Manufacture in Sivas, Sell to the World

Operating in the field of machining, Tezmaksan offers a broad range of services including CNC sales, rental, service, technological consultancy, financing, software, and training. The company plans to move its entire production operations to Sivas by 2026. Only R&D and design center operations will remain in Istanbul. With this strategic step, the company aims to contribute strongly to the industrial potential of Anatolia.

Ranked among the top companies in Turkey's machine tools sector and second in Europe in terms of unit sales, Tezmaksan plans to benefit from Sivas’s status as an incentive zone to boost its production capacity and carry out exports from the region. The company will move its entire production line from Istanbul to Sivas in 2026 and continue operations in its current 18,000 m² production area. The entire factory in Sivas will be transformed into the production base of Tezmaksan Robot, while the Istanbul office will only house R&D and design activities.

Tezmaksan, which started machinery investments early in its Sivas facility, aims to strengthen its technological infrastructure and improve competitiveness in the global market with this new investment. The company currently actively uses 18,000 m² of its 55,000 m² site in Sivas and plans to begin construction of an additional 10,000 m² if the machine production project is approved — completing its production capacity in the region.

"WE BELIEVE IN ANATOLIA'S INDUSTRIAL POTENTIAL"
Tezmaksan Group CEO Hakan Aydoğdu stated that Sivas’s incentive zone status and government support played a major role in their relocation decision. Emphasizing their belief in Anatolia’s production potential, Aydoğdu said:
“We are making a significant move in Sivas in this regard. Our production base in Sivas will not only be a center where we implement our technological innovations, but also a driver for the region’s economic and industrial strength. The entire Sivas factory will belong to Tezmaksan Robot. This way, we aim to expand our capacity, strengthen our competitive position globally, and increase our market share in exports to 43 countries. The incentives provided by our state offer us significant support during this process. In Istanbul, we will focus only on R&D and design.”

"We Want to Contribute to Regional Employment and Economic Growth"
Highlighting that their investment in Sivas will contribute to Anatolia’s industrial and manufacturing capacity, Aydoğdu said:
“We have an initiative for machine production. We will shape our new production facility by leveraging the incentives in Sivas. In this way, we aim to contribute to regional employment and economic growth.”
