Tezmaksan is taking determined steps to increase female employment and aims to raise the proportion of female employees to 21% by the end of 2025. The company not only seeks to boost female employment but also aims to make a difference with projects that support gender equality. Tezmaksan Group CEO Hakan Aydoğdu emphasized that increasing women's participation in the workforce is a critical factor not only for economic growth but also for societal transformation. Highlighting that the female management ratio across all group companies stands at 33.33% and the female employee ratio at 18.42%, Aydoğdu stated, "We aim to increase women's workforce participation from 18.42% to 21% by the end of 2025."
