We Export 65% Of Our Current Production
Highlighting their commitment to producing value-added products, Tezmaksan Group CEO Hakan Aydoğdu stated, “We export 65% of our current production. Our export destinations include European countries as well as the United Kingdom and the United States.”
For over 40 years, Tezmaksan has been generating added value for Turkish industry. By keeping technology at the center and leveraging their extensive experience, they enhance industrial efficiency through innovative business models. Noting that 2034 presents numerous challenges globally and locally for the sector, Aydoğdu said, “While we are progressing towards our export targets, we are proceeding more cautiously in achieving our goals in the domestic market. High inflation rates, exchange rate fluctuations, and increasing interest rates have negatively impacted investments. This situation compelled us, like others in the industry, to revisit our goals and strategies. Consequently, we have taken the necessary steps to boost our production capacity and increase our export potential. Additionally, the stagnation in the European market and global uncertainties prompted us to revise our export targets. Nonetheless, in the medium term, we aim for annual growth of 100% while continuing to produce high-value-added products. Currently, 65% of our production is exported, with our primary export routes including Europe, the UK, and the USA.”
“Expanding our dealership network”
Referring to the newly operational factory in Sivas, Aydoğdu stated that it will not only increase the company’s production capacity but also significantly contribute to the regional economy by creating jobs. He added, “Our new factory, equipped with advanced machinery and modern production techniques, will enable us to manufacture at high-quality standards. We plan to produce 300 CubeBOX units annually on a single-shift basis. Globally, we are mutually evaluating partnership requests. Currently, we have dealerships in 38 countries across four continents. This year, our goal was to add four more countries to our dealership network, and we are on track to achieve this. For the coming year, we are planning strategies to elevate this further.”
“A key player in the industry”
Aydoğdu emphasized that the Turkish industrial sector must seriously focus on artificial intelligence, describing it as not just a technology but a force shaping the future of the industry. Speaking about the company, he said, “We continue our operations in Istanbul Bayrampaşa, Istanbul Kıraç, and Istanbul’s Trakya Free Zone, as well as at the Hacı Mustafa Aydoğdu Production Center in Sivas. Additionally, we serve through offices in over five different cities. Engineers and technicians make up 70% of our total workforce. Representing 30 global and domestic brands, we are one of the most significant players in the sector. The solutions we develop, backed by our accumulated expertise, cater to various industries ranging from SMEs to Turkey’s largest industrial organizations, including the automotive, aviation, healthcare, and defense sectors.”
