Thanks to its advanced capabilities, RoboCAM Plus eliminates the challenges of complex feeding setups. The software, designed to integrate with the CubeBOX robotic automation system, can be used in any area involving robotic feeding. It is rapidly and continuously updated based on customer feedback to stay aligned with the latest technology. Highlighting the functional development process of RoboCAM, Tezmaksan’s General Manager of Robot Technologies, Serhat Volkan Yılmaz, stated: "We developed RoboCAM Plus, inspired by the needs of industrial automation, to enable effective and easy programming of part feeding processes to machines or different stations using CubeBOX. While doing so, we aimed to create a high-capability and user-friendly interface that does not require the operator to use the robot controller. Normally, feeding setups can be configured using the robot controller within the system. However, operating the robot and its controller requires substantial training and knowledge. With RoboCAM Plus, we minimized this need. This software has significant potential for industrial and commercial applications. Designed to integrate with the CubeBOX system, RoboCAM Plus can be used in any field requiring robotic feeding. It can perform tasks typically handled by one or more machine operators with high precision, 24/7. It feeds either bare workpieces or workpieces mounted on fixtures or pallets to the machine, and at the end of the machining process, parts can be restacked into CubeBOX or transferred to a conveyor.”
