Tezmaksan Received The As 9100 Aviation And Aerospace Quality Management Systems Certificate

Tezmaksan, which has been leading the Turkish machining industry with its experience and investments for 43 years, has been awarded the AS 9100 Certificate, which makes it possible to keep the reliability, safety, performance and quality of products and services at a certain level and increase this scope with continuous improvements. The project will be completed by the end of 2026. Tezmaksan, the leading brand of the Turkish machining industry, became the owner of the AS 9100 Certificate, a quality management systems standard developed for the aerospace and defense industries. Thus, the company, which guarantees the technological standards of the machine park at the Mustafa Aydoğdu Production Center in Sivas on issues such as quality, efficiency and unmanned operation, will reach a zero loss and zero error level thanks to its highly reliable business processes.

AS 9100 WILL IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Tezmaksan A. stating that they will reach the desired point in security, compliance and competitiveness by increasing the quality of products and services thanks to the standard.Sh. Group CEO Hakan Aydoğdu said, "We have achieved the high-precision design, improved process, technical material and cutting tool optimization expected from the product or service we will provide to our customers with the AS 9100 Certificate. Thus, high-security quality and measurement levels, zero losses, zero errors, zero scrap and zero work accidents will dominate all of our business processes. We have a machine park at the highest level of today's technology, which is not available in our country at the moment or in very small numbers. By equipping all our machines with our own robotic automation systems, we have also ensured quality, efficiency, unmanned operation."he said.

RECEIVED THE FIRST ORDER OF THE PROJECT

Stating that they have also established a measurement laboratory with very high standards, Hakan Aydoğdu said, "We had two main goals when making this investment. The first is to bring prestigious, high value-added jobs from abroad to our country and to be instrumental in transferring these jobs to our customers who want to continue these jobs after showing their feasibility and taking over their manufacturing with their know-how. Secondly, to ensure that all our capabilities that we have, that is, our 43-year-old machining knowledge, machine park, measurement laboratory, companies working in this sector that produce projects benefit as if they were their own R & D units.
