Strategic Collaboration Between Tezmaksan And UFC Otomotiv For Digital Transformation

Tezmaksan, a leading company in Turkey in the field of machining and CNC automation solutions, has signed another project that will accelerate digitalization in production processes.
As part of a strategic collaboration with UFC Otomotiv, Tezmaksan has commissioned its second CubeBOX™ automation line, demonstrating its strength in the digital transformation of the industry. Within the scope of this partnership, UFC Otomotiv achieved a 35% increase in productivity and up to a 50% improvement in costs in the production of tractor clutches.

Tezmaksan Group CEO Hakan Aydoğdu stated that the technological solution offered to their partners has become even stronger with the tangible results achieved in the project.
In cooperation with UFC Otomotiv, a manufacturer of tractor clutch systems as an OEM and OES, Tezmaksan commissioned its second CubeBOX™ automation line, maximizing efficiency and cost advantages in production.

Emphasizing Tezmaksan’s leadership in automation, Aydoğdu said:
“UFC Otomotiv exports 35% of its production. Our CubeBOX™ system continuously feeds three different brands of CNC machines with robots for 22 hours at UFC Otomotiv.
Thus, a process previously handled by three operators is now fully automated.
